How do I find my size?

Measure your nail bed's width and compare them to our standard size chart here to find your perfect fit!

If you are unable to find an exact fit, you can file the nail to achieve a perfect fit. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at hi@shoppalomanails.com to inquire about a customized order.

How do I apply my press ons?

Give your natural nails a trim. Buff your nail beds to create a rough texture for the glue to adhere to and push back your cuticles. You can also trim excess dead skin. This is essential to not only help you get that fresh out of the salon look, but help your nails stay on longer!

Use the alcohol wipe to clean any oils or dust off your nails. Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail and a little to the press ons. Apply firmly at 45° angle from base of cuticle, hold for 30 secs.

* You can also use the sticky adhesive tabs for 1-2 day use like photoshoots or special events!

Are they reusable?

Yes, they are totally reusable! To prolong the lifespan of your Paloma Nails, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or prolonged submersion. Additionally, it is best to handle the nails with care and avoid excessive force or pressure. Always place back into the case to protect them :)

What's included in my package?

Each set of nails includes 10 nails in your size. All orders come with an application kit that include alcohol pads, a nail file, a cuticle stick, nail glue, cuticle trimmer and removable adhesive nail tabs.

Shipping & delivery

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Please anticipate a 1-3 day product processing time. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days for orders within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. For international shipments, please allow 10-20 business days.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

Have an account?

Sweet! Login and head over to your Paloma Nails account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a a replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our press-on nails. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, detailed images, and sizing information to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping, which may result in damaged nails. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
